We provide deeply discounted USPS Priority Shipping for all STERLING SILVER JEWELRY. *Due to the value on real Silver, we ship Sterling via Priority. We split the price on this with our customers 50/50 so that the cost burden is equal, and we both have added assurance that your jewelry will arrive safely and well-handled!
We provide free USPS Ground Shipping for all GERMAN SILVER JEWELRY.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: For expedited shipping, additional options are available for purchase in the Shipping Menu at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order ships.
PACKAGING: All items are wrapped in a lovely gift box with a hand-tied silk bow and sent in a padded mailer. *Got a surprise gift showing up? Mailer is not branded!
TRACKING: Tracking information is automatically emailed to you when your order is shipped.
DELIVERY ISSUES: Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date. We cannot accept responsibility for misdirected or undeliverable packages due to errors. If you receive delivery confirmation that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office as they will be best able to help you track down your parcel. If they are unsuccessful, feel free to reach out to us. We will try to help any way that we can!

All international packages are shipped with USPS First Class International.
*Date-specific delivery guarantees are not available for Priority Mail Express International postage purchased online.
Delivery Confirmation is included for First-Class International and Priority Mail,
International Flat Rate Envelope & Small Flat Rate Box packages going to the following countries ONLY: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.
Unfortunately, tracking is unavailable to some international countries. Proof of shipping can be provided, but once the package leaves the USA, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages. Once your package has shipped, please contact your local post office for shipping and delivery information.
International Customers: Purchasing insurance for orders valued over $50.00 is recommended. We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
