German Silver Navajo Pearls
Our German Silver Navajo Pearls are all handmade by Navajo artists with the same artistic process as our authentic solid Sterling Navajo Pearls. Although not sterling silver, each bead is an alloy mixture of German silver and white bronze. Harder than sterling, German silver looks much the same but boasts wonderful durability and tarnish resistance. From the mid 1800s, Native American tribes began crafting adornments from this beautiful metal alloy. Native-made German silver jewelry is a true artform!
