HOW TO KEEP NAVAJO PEARLS LOOKING THEIR SUNDAY BEST

Avoid chemicals, water, and keep as moisture-free as possible. (Don’t wear your pearls in the shower, pool, hot tub, or bath y’all!) Do not use silver polish. A polishing cloth can be used for Sterling Silver and is included with all Sterling Silver necklace orders.

HOW TO CLEAN & POLISH

Do not use silver polish or cleaner.

Your pearls will naturally darken over time. As they do, use this cleaning/polishing method we use for our Navajo Pearls:

Get a pack of super fine steel wool. The finest is called quadruple or OT -marked by four 0000's on the package. Place your jewelry on a towel. Take one pad, fold it over the beads, wipe downward several times in line with the "stripes," and Voilà! Your desert pearls keep their satin finish, and the tarnish is gone!
