*Cost of shipping jewelry to us for repair is to be paid for by the customer. We'll cover the cost of shipping it back to you if your purchase is within our 90 day policy. :-) 

*Repairs may incur additional charge if a significant quantity of beads or findings need to be replaced.

*We repair only our own Navajo Pearls Ranch jewelry. We do not make repairs on other jewelers' work.
